Job Overview
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position requires compassion, patience, and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for those you assist.
Duties
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Work closely with individuals in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or within home community care settings
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid is beneficial
- Familiarity with patient monitoring and working with people with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to handle various caregiving tasks with empathy and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
