Today, Brace Tool is trusted by several industry leading companies as their supplier of not only wireline/slickline equipment, but also flow control, pressure control, and specialty downhole equipment.
The Position:
Brace is currently seeking a Sales & Service Coordinator who will be based out of our Odessa, Texas location.
As a Sales & Service Coordinator you will report directly to the US Operations Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensure prompt response to Customer requests and delivery of Brace Tool products
on a timely basis
· Coordinate with fellow employees to establish work plans and schedules, ensuring performance expectations and standards are known and met.
· Ensure all location Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
· Work with the sales team to generate customer quotes, confirm order requests
· Consult with the operations and procurement team in Canada and local vendors to
ensure all incoming deliveries are on time and receiving documentation is completed
· Maintain inventory records and confirm current inventory levels
· Ensure tools are assembled correctly before shipments are sent out.
· Arrange for customer pick up or delivery of product
· Maintain an on-call schedule in order to provide customers and intercompany service with
24-hour service.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Oilfield experience is required
· Mechanical aptitude is an asset
· Experience with slick-line operations would be an asset
· Self-directed with the ability to work independently
· Demonstrated commitment to quality and occupational health and safety
· Demonstrates effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Medium computer skills, use of an ERP solution is ideal
· Ability to indiscriminately deal with a wide array of personalities
· Organizational skills
· Other related duties as required
Compensation: An excellent compensation package including competitive base salary and benefits will be provided.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
