Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000 annually

3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, team collaboration, and mentoring.

1-2 days remote: Telehealth, documentation, leadership development, and strategic planning.
Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional care.

Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients.

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff.

Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain).

Pediatric therapy experience required.

Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
