We’re looking for a full-time legal assistant who isn’t afraid of details (in fact, you love them), can write beautifully, thrives in a team setting, and gets a little excited when discovering new technology that makes life easier. The Practical Stuff
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
- Location: In-person, Rochester, MN
- Pay: $22–$25 per hour, plus bonuses for meeting quarterly goals

What You’ll Do
Think of this role as the heartbeat of the office. You’ll be:
- Preparing documents for estate planning and real estate matters
- Tracking deadlines and keeping files beautifully organized
- Acting as a third witness during client signings (yes, you’ll be part of important moments)
- Coordinating with title companies and financial institutions
- Supporting attorneys with meetings, follow-ups, and process improvements
- Helping with invoices, distributions, and compliance
What You’ll Bring
- A love for writing and a knack for catching the little details others miss
- Organizational skills that keep projects running smoothly
- Comfort with technology and genuine curiosity to learn new systems
- A collaborative, can-do spirit that lifts up the whole team
- A college degree is preferred, but passion, curiosity, and strong communication skills matter just as much
- Legal experience? Great. Not required—we’ll teach you.
