Reporting into senior project and quality leadership teams, the Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring project execution meets the highest quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead implementation and enforcement of project-specific Quality Management Plans.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, validation, and acceptance of installed systems and components.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, requests for information, and project documentation for compliance.
- Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.
- Partner with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to proactively resolve quality concerns.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.
