The Role: More Than Just Front Desk
This is not a typical front desk job. You’ll be the first impression of the gym and a key driver of membership growth.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Deliver an exceptional first impression to every member and guest
- Confidently sell memberships and services
- Build relationships that turn walk-ins into long-term members
- Keep the gym environment clean, organized, and welcoming
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in members with energy and professionalism
- Sell memberships, upgrades, and gym services
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist walk-ins
- Maintain a clean, organized facility (this includes cleaning duties)
- Assist members with supplements, products, and general questions
- Ensure all memberships and accounts are current and accurate
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mindset (this is a sales-driven role)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early evenings (5 PM/ 12 PM start)
- Positive attitude with a high level of personal accountability
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and assist with gym upkeep
Fitness industry experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
Compensation & Perks
- $15+/hour base (based on experience) + commission
- Most team members average $17–$18/hour total compensation
