The Inventory Specialist supports receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure accurate material handling and inventory integrity. This role is responsible for executing daily warehouse activities, including receiving materials, conducting inventory audits, supporting production needs, and preparing shipments. The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time delivery while supporting a safe and organized work environment.

Receive and process inbound materials, ensuring accuracy and proper identification.

Perform daily inventory audits of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods.

Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and material tracking.

Prepare loads and generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments.

Process overnight inbound and outbound shipments.

Distribute incoming materials and ensure timely delivery to internal customers.

Locate, retrieve, and stage materials and finished goods for production and operational needs.

Assist with picking and issuing materials to support manufacturing operations.

Participate in physical inventories and cycle counting programs.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.

Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records within ERP or inventory management systems.

Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and efficient material flow.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

High school diploma or GED required.

6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related operations.

Forklift experience required; ability to obtain company certification.

Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and word processing.

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.

Valid driver's license required.
