HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Regional Supply Chain Security Specialist based out of Runnemede, NJ to oversee and execute the secure domestic and international transport of high-value assets, with additional responsibility for event security logistics. This role serves as a hands-on leader in ensuring the safe, timely, and discreet movement of critical inventory, including white-glove, hand-delivered shipments to customers.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver a premium customer experience while maintaining strict security, compliance, and risk-control standards. This position requires frequent domestic and international travel, approximately 50% to 75%, as well as flexibility to work across multiple shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and event-specific schedules based on operational needs.
This position offers a slalry salary $115,000 - paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the secure movement of high-value assets to and from domestic and international events, warehouses, and client locations.
- Own the logistics, handling, tracking, and security of assets while in transit between warehouses, event venues, and customer pickup or delivery points.
- Coordinate white-glove pickups and drop-offs for high-value assets and premium client deliveries.
- Ensure assets are properly secured, tracked, and accounted for throughout all stages of movement, storage, transportation, and event handling.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to manage logistics, transportation, asset movement, and security requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate high-end client pickups, deliveries, and high-touch service needs.
- Assist with planning and execution of event-related asset transportation, including timing, handling, chain of custody, and delivery logistics.
- Maintain a security-focused approach during events, ensuring proper oversight and protection of assets while on-site.
- Ensure a professional, high-touch client experience during all pickups, drop-offs, and hand-delivery interactions.
- Partner with the Logistics team to ensure compliance with U.S. and international shipping, trade, and customs regulations, including accurate preparation and management of shipment documentation such as export/import permits, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Partner with the Event Security team and GSOC to conduct threat and risk assessments for customer deliveries and special events, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to support asset protection and safe execution.
- Investigate, document, and report incidents involving asset handling, transportation discrepancies, or chain-of-custody concerns.
- Stay informed on evolving domestic and international regulations, including ITAR, EAR, IATA, and CITES, and support operational changes as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event logistics, supply chain security, product security, or high-value asset transportation, with direct customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating secure domestic and international movement of high-value assets, including event-related transportation, pickups, and deliveries.
- Experience supporting white-glove client pickups, drop-offs, or hand-delivery services for high-profile customers, partners, or VIP clients.
- Strong understanding of chain-of-custody procedures, secure handling protocols, asset tracking, and transport risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of customs compliance, international shipping requirements, and documentation related to import/export activity.
- Experience working with secure transportation vendors, logistics providers, customs brokers, and event logistics partners.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Logistics, Sales, Event Security, and GSOC, to support safe and effective asset movement.
- Proven ability to work discreetly and professionally with high-value assets, high-profile customers, and sensitive business situations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Ability to travel frequently, domestically and internationally, and work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and event-specific hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing secure transport of luxury goods, fine art, collectibles, memorabilia, jewelry, or other high-value assets.
- Experience supporting security operations at live events, trade shows, auctions, exhibitions, or customer-facing activations.
- Certification in logistics, customs compliance, security, or supply chain management, such as CCLP, CILT, CSCMP, CPP, or similar.
- Proficiency with ERP, TMS, shipment tracking, inventory management, or case management systems.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Work Environment & Travel
This role is based in a regional office and requires extensive domestic and international travel, approximately 50% to 75%. Travel may include visits to customer locations, logistics hubs, customs facilities, warehouses, and event sites.
The role requires flexible availability to support shipment timing, event schedules, and operational urgency, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Travel may be planned or required on short notice and may occur outside standard business hours.
