ABOUT THE ROLE
Frenchy’s Restaurant Group is the franchisor behind Frenchy’s Chicken, one of Houston’s most recognized quick service restaurant brands. As our franchise network continues to grow, we are adding a Franchise Operations Coordinator to serve as a core member of our operations team.

You will work directly alongside our Operations Manager, building relationships with franchisees, developing mastery of our systems and technology, and taking on expanded responsibility as your expertise deepens.
We are looking for someone who carries themselves with professionalism, communicates with clarity and confidence, and is genuinely eager to learn every aspect of how our franchise system operates from the store level up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Develop a thorough understanding of franchisee store operations across the Frenchy’s Chicken network through direct engagement and field visits
▪ Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with franchisee owners and their operational teams
▪ Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for franchisee inquiries related to operations, standards, and brand compliance
▪ Learn and become proficient in the technology platforms that power our franchise system, including POS, reporting, scheduling, and training tools
▪ Manage the organization, ordering, tracking, and distribution of operational inventory in alignment with brand standards and franchisee needs
▪ Support the successful opening of new franchise locations by coordinating with internal teams and franchisees on pre-opening preparation and providing on-site support to ensure operational readiness and adherence to brand standards
▪ Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for franchisee staff and management
▪ Support quality assurance processes, conducting store assessments and helping franchisees develop and execute corrective action plans
▪ Coordinate local store marketing initiatives in alignment with brand standards
▪ Help maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures and training documentation
▪ Track and analyze operational metrics, preparing clear and actionable reports for leadership
▪ Grow into broader operational responsibilities as your knowledge of the business and the network deepens
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
▪ Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in a franchise or multi-unit restaurant environment will be considered
Experience & Skills
▪ 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant or QSR operations; franchise system experience is a strong advantage
▪ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with franchisees and their teams
▪ Comfortable learning and working with multiple technology platforms; tech-savvy with a willingness to become a system expert
▪ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the brand professionally in all interactions
▪ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable; someone who follows through without being told twice
▪ Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and composure
▪ A long-term thinker who approaches their career with intention and wants to grow with the organization
▪ Willingness and ability to travel to franchisee locations on a regular basis
Preferred
▪ Experience in a franchisor or corporate multi-unit restaurant role
▪ Background in QA auditing, training program development, or local store marketing
▪ Familiarity with restaurant technology platforms (POS systems, inventory tools, scheduling software)
▪ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

NOTE ON SCOPE

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
