Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented Valve Quality Assurance Technician to join our valve manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for documenting non-conforming valve parts, maintaining quality records, and helping ensure our products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and a strong cultural fit who is eager to learn and support multiple areas of production.
Responsibilities:
- Document and process non-conforming valve parts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain quality records and complete required documentation.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to identify and communicate quality concerns.
- Follow company quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Cross-train in spray painting (using aerosol spray paint – no wet paint) to support valve production as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in valve manufacturing or a related industrial environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Willingness to learn spray painting and assist in multiple areas as needed.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
