- Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift.
- Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and to Jimmy John's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
- Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations.
- Help create a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, supervisory, or management experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with leadership potential.
- $17.00–$19.00 per hour
