About the Role
We're seeking a meticulous, dedicated Sterile Compounding Technician to join our team. After comprehensive training, you'll compound sterile preparations using aseptic technique, along with environmental monitoring, sample testing coordination, preparation labeling, and visual inspection of products for particulate matter.
Who We're Looking For
- Sterile compounding or GMP aseptic manufacturing experience preferred
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) highly desirable
- Commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Solid basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong sense of accountability
