Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 / annually + 5% bonus
People Business Partner
This role partners with employees across the organization to hire top talent, support AI adoption, and continuously strengthen the employee experience as the organization evolves and grows. As a true strategic partner to the business, a successful People Business Partner will drive results, facilitate change, and deliver against targets in partnership with COEs throughout the organization.
As a People Business Partner, you will:
- Own strategic business partnership, Influencing talent practices and own partnerships with Technology leadership — including Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers, sharing insights and solving problems alongside partners across the broader People Team and global matrix structures.
- Build workforce plans aligned with long-term organizational needs, enhancing structures within existing teams as capacity is rebalanced and gaps are addressed across each technology subdomain.
- Align hiring plans with the vision for balanced teams, apply Technology-specific hiring standards to job ads and compensation ranges, and partner with Talent Acquisition to measure and improve outcomes.
- Strengthen onboarding, enhance onboarding resources for Directors and Managers, and partner with the Learning & Development team to support new and newly promoted leaders.
- Support compensation and talent management through merit planning and promotion decisions in alignment with established frameworks and facilitate talent reviews that translate into development plans for emerging leaders.
- Drive performance enablement through applying guidelines to support goal planning, performance coaching, and talent development, challenging leaders to continuously raise the bar.
- Manage employee relations by coaching and guiding Managers and Directors through performance gaps and employee relations matters, including involuntary terminations, in partnership with the Employee Relations team.
- Proactively remove barriers in standard people processes and design reusable resources and tools that increase leverage and impact year over year.
As a People Business Partner, you have:
- Business acumen: Knowledge of business strategy and experience designing solutions that enable organizational effectiveness at speed.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience improving talent practices and driving business outcomes.
- Leadership partnership: Proven experience partnering directly with senior leadership to solve complex people challenges.
- Systems thinking: Understanding of the interconnected elements across the talent management landscape, with the ability to anticipate second-order effects of change.
- Learning mindset: Drive to learn continuously and adapt to an ever-changing business context.
- AI and tools proficiency: Working knowledge of core HR/People tools and thoughtful, practical use of AI.
- Courage: Proven ability to influence and guide leaders, including through challenging conversations.
Preferred:

Experience partnering with leadership within a software-as-a-service organization, particularly one with a complex product ecosystem, global teams, and matrix structures.
