We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Store Associate to manage daily operations in a smoke and convenience store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with age-restricted sales laws. Will provide good amount of bonus and other incentives in the end of the year. If you help in increasing sale.
Responsibilities:-
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Operate cash register and handle cash, card, and digital payments
Verify customer age for tobacco, vape, and alcohol products
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
Stock shelves and organize inventory
Receive and check deliveries
Track inventory levels and report shortages
Prevent theft and follow store security procedures
Answer customer questions about products
Follow all state and federal regulations for restricted products
Requirements:-
Must be 21+ years old (or as per state law)
Previous retail or smoke shop experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Honest, dependable, and punctual
Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 lbs
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of vape, tobacco, CBD, and convenience products
Multilingual is a plus
Customer service experience
