This position is intended to work as a substitute in various locations throughout the Magic Valley area with varying scheduling requirements (Evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
Essential Functions
· Managing a team of cleaners at client locations, assigning cleaning jobs to workers based on their skills, and inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the standards set by the client.
· Service and perform cleaning and janitorial duties to assigned accounts as necessary.
· Fill in for regularly scheduled employees who are sick or on vacation leave.
· Conduct daily audit of cleaning crews/personnel of SFC at designated accounts.
· Actively work alongside the cleaning crews to ensure maximum efficiency, accurate time management, and cleaning tasks are performed to SFC expectations and standards.
· Train new and existing employees on SFC expectations, standards, documentation, policies, and requirements.
· Conduct employee coaching/disciplinary actions.
· Manage and track SFC inventory of supplies and equipment.
· Conduct bi-weekly update meetings with SFC ownership group to report on actions in the previous weeks and the next two weeks to come.
· Fulfill assigned 40 hour work week requirements and overtime as needed (to be determined by SFC ownership group).
Qualifications
· High School graduate or equivalency
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions as assigned.
· Ability to direct employees via written and verbal communication methods.
· Basic computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
· Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals
· Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as needed
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment
· Promotes and exhibits strong Housekeeping practices
