Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of customized massage therapies, including (but not limited to): Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Lymphatic, and Hot Stone Massage.
- Assess each client’s individual needs and tailor treatments for optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment room in accordance with spa standards.
- Educate clients on ongoing wellness, self-care, and potential add-on services.
- Uphold all state and local licensing requirements and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through professionalism, consistency, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with our front desk and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current Illinois Massage Therapy License (or be in the process of obtaining one).
- Passion for health, wellness, and client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Prior spa or clinical experience preferred but not required — we welcome new graduates with enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
