JOB SUMMARY
Win Win Operations is seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant to support Suffolk County Department of Audit and Control. The selected professional will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, securing, and optimizing enterprise API integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role will support integrations between CGI Advantage, Workday, PaymentWorks, and other enterprise SaaS platforms while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange solutions.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between CGI Advantage, Workday, PaymentWorks, and related enterprise applications.
- Develop reusable APIs and integration components using MuleSoft best practices.
- Perform API testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Implement API security controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support materials.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of integration solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to County personnel.
- Participate in integration planning, solution reviews, and technical discussions.
SCHEDULE OF WORK
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, based on project needs.
- Standard business hours preferred.
- Schedule may be coordinated with County stakeholders and project requirements.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
- Remote work is anticipated.
- Consultant must be available for virtual meetings and collaboration with Suffolk County personnel as required.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
- Approximately 3–4 months from contract award.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration architecture.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms and enterprise business systems.
- Experience with API security, authentication, and authorization methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working independently in consulting or government environments preferred.
- Experience integrating Workday and financial management systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
