McDonald’s’ Managers work to ensure the quality of service delivery standard of the McDonald’s brand is met with each and every customer.
They oversee various functions to ensure the delivering of excellent customer experience – from the quality and hygiene of the food served, the service process, and the cleanliness of the environment.
Provided below are typical tasks, duties, and responsibilities that make up the job description of McDonald’s managers:
- Arrives on time for work and stay until shift completion
- Ensures to greet all customers with a smile
- Oversees order processing – takes accurate food orders from guests in a fast and timely manner
- Responsible for managing all of McDonald’s varieties, following established procedures
- Oversees housekeeping duties to keep the facility and equipment clean and inviting
- Sets goals and motivates team members to meet the service demand that is constantly changing
- Ensures items are well stocked
- Gives genuine attention to every guest, treating them with genuine friendliness and care
- Ensures fast and timely food service to guests, adhering to McDonald’s food safety guidelines
- Assists in the training of new employees
- Ensures to follow all McDonald’s safety and security procedures
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
