Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? The Chris Gurnee Team is looking for both new and experienced licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.
We are excited to announce that the Chris Gurnee Team is now part of the FLEX Program, giving our agents access to even more flexible opportunities, cutting-edge tools, and premium support to accelerate your career.
Licensed agents on our team close 1–3 real estate transactions per month with leads we provide. We partner directly with top lead sources nationwide and give you the training and support to take these leads and open escrows. Our intensive onboarding ensures you are ready to start closing deals within your first 90 days. Additionally, our continued education keeps our agents sharp and ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities
●List and sell residential real estate.
●Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
●Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
●Maintain your Real Estate License
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
