1099 Contractor Opportunity | 2 Openings | Beauty & Hair Care Sales
We are looking for 2 motivated Independent Beauty Supply Sales Representatives to help grow our professional beauty and hair care brand throughout New York City.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outside sales, building relationships, visiting beauty supply stores, and earning commission based on performance. You will represent our products in the field, connect with store owners and buyers, and help expand our brand presence across NYC.
Compensation & Support
- $500 weekly contractor retainer
- Commission opportunities from 10%–20%
- Quarterly and annual performance bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Visit beauty supply stores throughout NYC
- Introduce and promote our professional hair care products
- Build relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
- Follow up with new leads and current customers
- Help generate new orders, reorders, and product placements
- Share store feedback, sales opportunities, and account updates
Ideal Candidate
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable traveling throughout NYC
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interested in beauty, hair care, salons, or retail sales
- Outside sales experience is a plus
- Beauty supply or salon industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Contractor Expectations
- Independent contractor / 1099 opportunity
- Minimum expected availability: 25 hours per week
- Weekly activity target: 50 store visits
- Flexible schedule based on territory, route planning, and sales opportunities
