Job Summary
Bridger Built is a growing residential and commercial general contractor serving Bozeman,
Big Sky, Livingston, Ennis, and the surrounding communities. We build high-quality custom
homes, renovations, additions, commercial spaces, and insurance restoration projects.
We're looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in doing things the right way. If
you're dependable, enjoy solving problems, and want to work with a company that values

What You'll Do
Perform all phases of residential and commercial carpentry
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
Install doors, windows, siding, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Work safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and homeowners
Mentor apprentices and less experienced carpenters
Deliver workmanship that reflects pride and professionalism
Qualifications
3+ years of professional carpentry experience
Experience with residential remodeling, additions, or new construction
Ability to read plans and layout work independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
