Merchandisers are responsible for a critical component of sales; product placement and presentation to optimize customer experience. Merchandisers are responsible for re-positioning product in our customers’ stores based on planograms, tagging shelves, moving and replacing shelving, tagging vendor racks and opening orders for new stores. This position requires overnight travel; we service customers in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.

Retail Merchandiser Job Duties:
- Merchandise each store by following planograms and ensuring that all sections in the store are appropriately labeled
- Identify items that are not selling in each account and make product replacement recommendations that will increase sales for our customers
- Must be able to execute a store layout and opening orders for new stores
- Must be able to collaborate and communicate with store owners and employees
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Submit all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Overnight travel is required for this position-up to four nights per week
Retail Merchandiser Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Superb customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and state mandated insurance
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Previous merchandising experience
- Must be able to read planograms
- Must have a reliable and presentable personal automobile
- Must be able to operate a cell phone and computer
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, repetitively
- Must be able to reach, lift, kneel, and bend to stock shelves, move product, carry racks, etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
