Crossover Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview
Seeking experienced Machine Operators to produce engineered laminate materials for the aerospace industry.
You'll operate laminating and adhesive-mixing equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up laminating and mixing equipment
- Monitor machine temperatures, pressures, tension, and process conditions
- Mix and prepare adhesives
- Perform quality checks and collect samples
- Move materials using forklifts, hoists, and other equipment
- Enter production and material data
- Perform machine cleaning and changeovers
- Assist with troubleshooting and reducing downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience or ability to work safely in a production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
Preferred:
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Laminating, coating, converting, or roll-to-roll experience
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with adhesives or industrial equipment
Physical Requirements
- Heavy Lifting
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Work around machinery, noise, adhesives, solvents, and other manufacturing materials
- PPE required
