Compensation: $60K–$68K + Quarterly Bonuses + Full Benefits
Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe, now proudly part of M Crowd Restaurant Group, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Front of House Manager to lead our team during assigned shifts. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind an exceptional dining experience, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant within assigned departments during each shift, and that high standards of food, service, hospitality, cleanliness, health and safety are met at all times. Ensures a positive, legally compliant, work environment in which all Razzoo’s 6-2-101 (Philosophies and Values) are upheld.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional food, service, and hospitality.
- Ensure our restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
- Coach, train, and develop staff to grow their skills and careers.
- Handle scheduling, operations, and problem-solving—keeping the guest experience front and center.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 3+ years of front-of-house restaurant experience or assistant management experience
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer programs (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work approximately 55 hours per week based on business needs
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
