Ramji Law Group is intentionally building a pre-litigation team composed entirely of attorneys who prefer case ownership, client communication, and resolution-focused work over court appearances. This position is designed for attorneys who want to practice law without engaging in litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Review and analyze medical records and damages
- Draft and negotiate settlement demands
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate case value and strategy
- Move cases efficiently and professionally from start to resolution
This role does not involve court appearances, hearings, or future transition into litigation.
Qualifications
This position is ideal for:
- Licensed attorneys or bar-pending candidates with an interest in pre-litigation work
- Attorneys seeking a stable, desk-based legal role
- Professionals who enjoy case management, negotiation, and client interaction
- Former litigators transitioning away from courtroom practice
