About the Role
We're hiring a Disposition Manager — a confident, driven closer who can take real estate deals from contract to close. In this role, you'll sell off-market investment properties to our established network of cash buyers, landlords, and rehabbers, while continuously growing that network with new relationships.
This is a fast-paced, high-reward position for someone who thrives on negotiation, relationship-building, and controlling their own income. You'll own a pipeline of active deals, connect daily with investors, and play a direct role in driving company revenue — all from our Memphis office.
*Real estate licensed preferred but not required.* Bring the hustle and the communication skills — we'll train you on everything else.
What You'll Do
- Market exclusive investment properties to our internal buyer list and new buyer leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, and contractors
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms on real estate transactions
- Coordinate property showings and walkthroughs
- Manage pipeline activity and follow-ups within our internal systems
- Partner with the acquisitions team and leadership to hit revenue targets

Compensation & Perks
- Base salary + commission: $65K–$100K+ earning potential*
