WE’RE HIRING: ADVERTISING COORDINATOR
AY Media Group is seeking an experienced, highly organized Advertising Coordinator to join our team.
AY Media Group is an award-winning statewide media company and publisher of AY Magazine, Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) and Arkansas’s Mental Health Guide. Our publications and digital platforms reach audiences across Arkansas, connecting businesses and organizations with readers through trusted journalism, compelling storytelling and strategic advertising.
We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, deadline-driven, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Contact clients via email and phone to obtain materials for print and digital advertising
- Work closely with clients, account executives and the AY Media Group production team
- Organize and track print and digital insertion orders
- Manage advertising materials and deadlines across multiple publications and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate and organized records using Google Sheets and other internal systems
- Prioritize multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and production requirements are met
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed, particularly around press and production deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Strong working knowledge of Mac operating systems
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Flexibility around important print and press deadlines
- Previous advertising, media, marketing, administrative or account-coordination experience preferred
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time, in-office position in Little Rock, Arkansas. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
