Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features effectively.
- Utilize selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems and cash registers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism.
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
- Previous retail sales experience; background in furniture, appliances, or technology sales preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with proven ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
