- Compensation: $20-$25/hr based on experience
What You'll Do:
- Assist with main plumbing system upgrades, pipe swap-outs, and replacing valves and fixtures.
- Run water supply lines and install protective drain-waste-vent (DWV) piping safely and efficiently.
- Set up water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, and bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
- Install garbage disposals, backup sump pump systems, gas lines for appliances, and filtration systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage vehicle inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Complete invoices, timecards, and project documentation with accuracy and speed.
- Actively engage in training sessions, team meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of hands-on plumbing experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technical installation tasks quickly.
- Clear written and verbal skills for both team coordination and expert customer interaction.
- High integrity, a positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a personal drive for continuous self-improvement.
- A valid driver’s license with an insurable record; must pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements and Work Location:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
