This job is to support the operations and coordination of a womens clothing store, based in Missoula.
Looking for someone with fun energy, a love of small details, an extensive knowledge of the inter workings of social media, and desire to be part of a growing business.
This individual must provide: outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive personality. They must also have the ability to demonstrate the initiative to multi-task, in a multi-faceted environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Pack and process orders- including printing shipping labels and invoices, and preparing items for shipping.
-Create posts, reels, and content for social media platforms.
-Write product descriptions for website.
-Receive, unpack, and enter incoming product.
- Deal with customer inquiries related to products, fit, and customer service issues, both online and in the store.
- Assist with general administration including answering emails, orders and paper work.
-Assist customers that come to pick up orders, or shop in person.
Requirements and skills
* Work experience in retail or a role in the fashion industry
* Sales experience in clothing/ retail store is a plus
* Excellent customer service skills
* Depth of knowledge in the field of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Canva).
* Knowledge of creating reels, stories and videos for social media.
* Highschool Diploma (G.E.D)
* Technology “savvy”
* Experience and a social media presence required
Schedule & Compensation
* Part time, 5-10 hours a week, with the goal of increasing to 15 hours by the fall. Must be able to work daytime hours, and 2-3 weekend days per month.
* Hourly pay rate of $14-$16 (depending on experience) per hour.
