CSDVA is seeking a highly effective, licensed 3rd Grade ELA Teacher with a proven track record of improving student achievement. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to closing learning gaps and building strong literacy skills in a structured, data-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is skilled in standards-aligned instruction, small group teaching, and using data (i-Ready, mCLASS, EOG) to drive results. Strong classroom management, high expectations, and the ability to accelerate reading growth are essential.
