What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in residential outdoor construction, exterior remodeling, or outdoor living.
- Proficient in CAD design software.
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to design, estimate, and present outdoor living projects to homeowners.
- Experience coordinating with project managers and construction teams.
- Able to independently manage company-provided leads and close sales with minimal training.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
