Coastal38 is an intimate, modern coastal restaurant opening soon in Roswell, GA. We’re building a warm, intentional, service‑driven environment and we’re looking for a Bartender/Server who brings professionalism, personality, and consistency to every guest interaction.
About the Role
The Bartender/Server is a core member of the front‑of‑house team, someone who delivers exceptional hospitality, maintains smooth service flow, and represents the Coastal38 brand with calm confidence. You’ll craft beverages, guide guests through the menu, manage tables with precision, and support the overall rhythm of the dining room.
This role is ideal for someone with strong service experience who thrives in a polished yet relaxed environment.
You will:
- Provide warm, attentive, elevated service to every guest
- Craft mocktails and specialty beverages with consistency and speed
- Guide guests through menu offerings with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station
- Manage pacing, table flow, and communication with the kitchen
- Support opening, closing, and side‑work procedures
- Uphold Coastal38’s standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and FOH leadership to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to a calm, respectful, team‑oriented environment
How this differs from Back‑of‑House roles: The kitchen drives execution and production. Front‑of‑house drives hospitality, pacing, and guest experience. Both teams work together to deliver consistency, quality, and intentional service.
Compensation & Benefits
- $8 –$28 /hr base + tips

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of serving or bartending experience in a polished casual or upscale environment
- Strong beverage skills (mocktails, cocktails, bar organization, pacing)
- Warm, professional communication and guest‑facing presence
- Ability to multitask calmly in a fast‑paced environment
- High standards for cleanliness, consistency, and hospitality
- Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
