Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at Bella Divine, you will be an essential part of our team in Polaris Columbus, OH, helping customers find the perfect attire for their special occasions. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting formal wear that meets their needs and preferences.
- Has to be available to work on weekends Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently during sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and assist with product displays.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features and promotions.
- Support team members by supervising sales floor activities when needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial but not required.
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
