Facilities Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 1+ years of Building, Commercial Facility, Apartment, or General Maintenance experience required
- Repair experience on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry, etc required
- Commercial Building or Apartment Maintenance experience in Multiple Trades preferred
- HVAC experience is a plus

Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Performing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance for commercial buildings and facilities
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, doors, locks, and other building systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to routine maintenance requests
- Work may include servicing commercial office buildings, office parks, retail centers, shopping centers, and other commercial properties
