Duties

- Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and coordinating timely service
- Serve dishes to guests or assist in serving areas as needed, ensuring excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
