We currently have a Full-Time position available for an experienced Maintenance Assistant. This is a full-time position, including weekends. Friday-Tuesday- 9:30-6:00
Job Duties:
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance as directed by Supervisor.
- Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing maintenance services for apartment complexes, commercial buildings, retirement communities or similar business.
- Experienced preferred in the following areas: maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring installation, general construction and/or equipment repair.
