Avanti Holdings, LLC is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Specialist / Sales Consultant to join our DRIPBaR San Antonio - Alamo Heights, Dominion Creek, Fossil Creek, and Huebner Oaks team.
At The DRIPBaR, we are not a typical medical office and we are not a typical spa. We are a purpose-driven wellness space focused on helping clients feel their best through services such as Vitamin IV Infusions, IM shots, Aesthetics, Halo Therapy, Cold Plunge, Normatec Compression, and other recovery wellness services.
This is not just a front desk role. This is a guest experience, sales, and client education position. The right person will help own the energy of the space, build meaningful client relationships, support daily operations, and help clients choose services that align with their wellness goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming clients and guiding them through their visit experience
- Educating clients on services, memberships, promotions, and wellness options
- Placing outbound calls to leads and following up with potential clients
- Scheduling appointments and supporting client communication
- Operating the point-of-sale system
- Assisting clients with recovery wellness equipment
- Working alongside our registered nurses and medical team
- Supporting events, brand awareness, and community outreach as needed
- Maintaining a clean, positive, high-end environment
- Helping keep the flow of the day smooth for both clients and staff

Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior wellness experience required
- Strong sales experience required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to commute to our Austin Domain location
Experience in hospitality, wellness, aesthetics, sales, membership-based services, or a concierge-style environment is a plus.
This position reports to the Wellness Director.
Schedule Requirements:
This is a part-time position. Applicants must be able to work a combination of weekdays and weekends.
We are seeking someone who can work a minimum 2–3 days per week, with occasional additional shifts as needed. A minimum of 4 weekend days per month is required.
Typical daytime hours are generally 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM. Weekday schedules may vary based on business needs.
