Overview
We are a remodeling and real estate investment company looking for an experienced Acquisition Specialist who understands how to find, evaluate, and acquire properties with strong fix-and-flip potential. We are not a traditional real estate company that simply buys properties. Our business focuses on buying distressed, dilapidated, fixer-upper, and investor-special properties, remodeling or improving them, and then flipping or reselling them.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience acquiring homes or investment properties through different channels and markets. This person should understand how to identify profitable opportunities, communicate with sellers and agents, evaluate property condition, estimate repair potential, and recognize deals that make sense for a remodeling and resale strategy.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify distressed, dilapidated, fixer-upper, off-market, and investor-special properties.
- Evaluate properties for remodeling, repair, fix-and-flip, and resale potential.
- Communicate with sellers, investors, and other lead sources.
- Review property details, market value, condition, potential repairs, and investment opportunity.
- Help determine whether a property is a good fit for acquisition, renovation, and resale.
- Build and maintain relationships across different acquisition channels and real estate markets.
- Support the acquisition process from lead review through negotiation and handoff.
- Stay aware of local market trends, distressed property opportunities, and investor activity.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience buying, sourcing, or acquiring homes or investment properties.
- Strong knowledge of distressed properties, dilapidated homes, fixer-uppers, investor specials, and fix-and-flip opportunities.
- Experience working with remodeling, renovation, or resale-focused real estate deals is strongly preferred.
- Ability to evaluate whether a property has profitable renovation and flip potential.
- Familiarity with sourcing properties through multiple channels, such as agents, wholesalers, direct sellers, online platforms, investor networks, or off-market leads.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of real estate investing, property values, repair considerations, and acquisition strategy.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving real estate investment environment.
We are looking for someone who understands the full buy, remodel, and flip process and can help us find the right properties to acquire.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
