Paradigm Professional Health Services is seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility in Belcourt, North Dakota.
This assignment begins with an initial 13-week commitment, with opportunities to extend based on mutual agreement and continued Government contract performance.

Estimated Bi-Weekly Compensation
$5,800–$6,500+
Awarded 13-Week Federal Travel Assignment
Compensation reflects one complete two-week rotation consisting of seven consecutive 12-hour workdays (84 hours), followed by seven consecutive days off.
The compensation package may include:

Schedule
The work schedule provides one week on followed by one week off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
- 12-hour shifts

Travel & Housing
Qualified travel technologists may be eligible for housing assistance, meals and incidentals, and travel reimbursement based on assignment location, company policy, and individual eligibility.

Position Responsibilities
The CT/X-Ray Technologist will:
- Perform CT examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
- Perform General Diagnostic Radiography procedures.
- Administer contrast media in accordance with facility protocols.
- Operate CT and Digital Radiography equipment.
- Prioritize emergency and trauma imaging.
- Position patients safely and accurately.
- Explain imaging procedures to patients.
- Maintain complete imaging documentation.
- Perform equipment quality control.
- Participate in departmental quality assurance activities.
- Follow all IHS, Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and infection control requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Individual must be:
Advanced-level certification by ARRT or NMTCB in CT or have one of the following
qualifications:
- State Licensure that permits them to perform diagnostic CT and documented training in the provision of diagnostic CT or
- Registration and certification in Radiography by ARRT and documented training in the provision of diagnostic CT or
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine technology by ARRT or NMTCB
- Documented training in the provision of diagnostic CT
- Must meet the continuing education requirement set by the ARRT.
In addition:
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum six (6) months of CT experience
- Experience performing both CT and General Diagnostic Radiography
Preferred experience:
- Hospital-based CT
- Emergency Department
- Trauma Center
- Rural healthcare
- Indian Health Service, Tribal, or Critical Access Hospital experience
- GE CT systems
- Siemens CT systems
- PACS/RIS experience
