We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield equipment sales, industrial manufacturing, or heavy machinery, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth across assigned territories. This role requires a self-starter with technical understanding of the products we manufacture and the ability to communicate value to both existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities in the oilfield, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular on-site visits and professional communication.
- Present product lines, capabilities, and technical solutions to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal departments — engineering, operations, and customer service — to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages based on customer requirements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed to promote company products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience in oilfield equipment, manufacturing, industrial supply, or related sectors (required).
- Strong technical understanding of mud pumps, blocks, swivels, valves, and pressure-control equipment preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and trade events.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
