Job Duties & Responsibilities: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conducting physical examinations
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prescribing pharmacologic treatments
- Primary care services for adults and children
- Performing minor procedures
- Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures to avoid illness
- Provide patients with referrals to other therapists, clinics, or facilities as needed
- Conduct administrative tasks
Education & Experience: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current valid state medical license
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA
- 1+ years experience in family medicine
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
