Eazzy Consulting LLC is a growing financial consulting and mortgage technology firm seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Technology & CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our mortgage technology infrastructure, CRM systems, and business operations platforms.
This position will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining Encompass, HubSpot CRM, phone systems, integrations, automation workflows, websites, and related technology solutions.
Our immediate priority is finding someone with hands-on Encompass administration and implementation experience who can help complete system setup, identify configuration issues, test workflows, and support a successful production launch.
This is not simply a loan processor or general IT position. We are looking for someone who understands the administrative and technical configuration of Encompass and can work directly inside the system.
Primary Responsibilities
Primary ResponsibilitiesEncompass Administration & Implementation
- Configure and maintain Encompass Banker Edition
- Review our existing Encompass configuration and identify incomplete or incorrect setup
- Help complete implementation and prepare the system for production use
- Configure loan programs and loan templates
- Configure fee templates and fee management
- Create and maintain business rules
- Configure milestones and workflow processes
- Configure conditions and automation
- Manage user accounts, roles, personas, permissions, and access
- Configure custom fields and system settings
- Assist with disclosure and document configuration
- Support closing document workflows
- Configure and troubleshoot lender/investor workflows
- Assist with correspondent lending setup
- Troubleshoot system errors and configuration issues
- Perform testing and quality assurance before production
- Work with vendors and support teams when necessary
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Provide ongoing Encompass administrative support after implementation
Mortgage Technology & Integrations
Depending on experience, the candidate may also assist with:

- Support HubSpot website updates and landing pages
- Build dashboards and KPI reporting
- Maintain integrations with third-party platforms
Systems & IT Administration
- Manage company technology systems and software platforms
- Support website maintenance and integrations
- Configure phone systems, call recording, and CRM synchronization
- Troubleshoot software and user issues
- Coordinate with software vendors and consultants
- Maintain system documentation and procedures
- Support cybersecurity and access control best practices
Integrations & Automation

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Encompass administration, implementation, or configuration experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with mortgage lending technology
- Understanding of mortgage workflows from application through closing
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience configuring workflows and automation
- Ability to independently identify and resolve system configuration problems
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Ability to communicate with software vendors, lenders, and internal users
Preferred Qualifications
- Encompass Banker Edition administration experience
- Previous Encompass implementation or go-live experience
- Mortgage lender or correspondent lender experience
- HubSpot CRM administration experience
- API/integration experience
- Mortgage disclosure/document configuration experience
- Website administration experience
- SQL or reporting experience
- Phone-system administration experience
- HubSpot certifications
- Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on Encompass experience and technical qualifications.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who has previously administered or implemented Encompass for a mortgage lender and can come in, review the current environment, determine what remains to be configured, fix outstanding issues, test the system, and help get the platform fully operational.
