We’re looking for an experienced cleaner who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional service inside clients’ homes. As a Lead Cleaner, you’ll work alongside other cleaners while helping ensure every home meets company quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, solves problems calmly, and wants opportunities to grow into a supervisory role as the company expands.

Residential Cleaner → Lead Cleaner → Field Supervisor → Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead one- and two-person cleaning teams.
- Perform high-quality cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Inspect completed work before leaving each property to ensure company quality standards are met.
- Coach and assist newer cleaners while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
- Communicate with clients professionally when questions arise.
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, supply shortages, scheduling issues, or customer requests promptly.
- Capture before-and-after or completion photos for quality assurance when requested.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, inventory, and supplies.
- Help coordinate supplies and ensure equipment is prepared before each workday.
- Use cleaning products safely and appropriately for different household surfaces.
- Maintain punctuality and dependable communication before, during, and after each job.
- Represent Eaumito Cleaning professionally inside every client’s home.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, Airbnb turnover, commercial, or similar professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Previous experience leading a team or training others is strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify cleaning deficiencies before a client does.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, messaging, and job documentation.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record preferred.
- Able to work independently while making sound decisions on the job.
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude while working inside private homes.
- Dependable attendance and consistent punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time position
- Most jobs are 2–4 hours
- Hours vary based on client bookings
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and service area
- Performance reviews with opportunities for increased responsibility and pay as the company grows
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must communicate clearly and respond promptly to scheduling updates.
- Must follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Must maintain professionalism while representing Eaumito Cleaning.
- Must be comfortable working in occupied residential homes.
- Must be willing to mentor newer cleaners and help maintain company standards.
