We have a full time positions available. 8-hour shifts from 10:45pm-7:15am.
Up to a $4000 sign on bonus for full-time positions depending on licensure.
PMMA offers a Nursing Loan Forgiveness Program to all full time employees who are in the process or have completed nursing school. Employees are eligible for $250 per month for a maximum of $3000 to repay their student loans during a 12 month period. The 24 month maximum educational assistance is $6000. Employees need to complete their one page Nurse Loan Forgiveness application. PMMA Employee Referral Program our organization is always looking for good people. If you refer and employee and they are hired for a hard to fill full time position you could be eligible for up to $100 to $1000 referral bonus payable after six months to one year of service.
PMMA Educational Assistance Program is available to all full and part time employees that have completed one year of service. Employees can apply for educational assistance for completion of a degree in a related field of service within the organization.
This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the Community and as may be required by the department director or supervisor to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
