We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our new Pearl Street Mall location. The ideal candidate is engaging, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable meeting monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly
- Drive sales through product knowledge and building relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Process transactions (POS system)
- Manage returns and customer profiles
- Assist with inventory and merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- POS and basic computer proficiency required
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to stand 7–8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
