614 Pools is a local, growing pool service company based in Hilliard, OH. We're looking for an experienced, reliable Crew Leader to help run field operations and mentor our junior technicians through a high-volume spring–fall season. This is more than a technician role — it's a stepping stone into service management for the right person.
What you'll do
Lead a crew of technicians through daily pool maintenance routes
Test and balance pool water chemistry; oversee equipment inspections, minor repairs, and seasonal openings and closings
Train and support junior technicians in proper techniques, safety standards, and customer service
Inspect pumps, filters, and circulation systems; identify issues before they become bigger problems
Maintain accurate daily records of maintenance, repairs
Manage tools, supplies, and truck
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance, trades, or a related field
Prior leadership experience — crew lead, team lead, or supervisory role preferred
Solid understanding of water chemistry, pool equipment, and cleaning procedures
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools; able to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Strong communicator who can motivate a team and represent the company well with customers
Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license required
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
