Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, charismatic TikTok Live Sales Host to drive direct revenue through TikTok Shop. In this role, you will be the face of our live streams, engaging viewers in real-time, demonstrating products, and converting traffic into instant sales. If you are a persuasive on-camera talent who knows how to hook an audience and close the deal, this role is for you.
Key Qualifications
- Live Selling Experience: Proven track record of hosting live streams (TikTok Shop, Instagram, Amazon Live, or Whatnot) with a focus on driving GMV and sales conversions.
- On-Camera Charisma: High stamina, exceptional verbal communication, and the ability to entertain and engage an audience for 2+ hours straight.
- TikTok Savvy: Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and the TikTok Shop ecosystem (pins, flash sales, vouchers).
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Ability to handle real-time viewer objections, pitch product benefits on the fly, and create a sense of urgency (FOMO).
- Data-Informed: Ability to look at basic live stream metrics (viewer retention, click-through rates) to adjust your sales pitch mid-stream.
Responsibilities
- Host engaging live selling shows on TikTok and presenting products, with enthusiasm and authenticity to captivate viewers.
- Interact actively with the audience through comments, Q&A sessions, and live polls to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content themes, promotional campaigns, and special events for live broadcasts.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback and trending topics to optimize live content relevance.
- Analyze viewer metrics to measure engagement levels and improve future broadcasts.
- Manage social media platforms to promote upcoming live events and share highlights post-broadcast.
- Stay updated on social media trends, TikTok algorithms, and digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and visibility.
- Ensure high-quality video production by editing clips with video editing software and proofreading scripts for clarity and impact.
