At Salt and Stone, we are seeking a skilled, personable, and high-energy Full-Time Bartender to join our reopening team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3–5 years of verifiable bartending experience who takes pride in their craft.
This role offers a consistent full-time schedule in a lively, high-end environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, deeply knowledgeable about spirits and mixology, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a fun and professional team atmosphere. $9/hour plus tips.
Duties
- Craft Beverage Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and house standards.
- Engaging Hospitality: Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of our beverage program, including cocktails, craft beers, wine, and seasonal rotations.
- Compliance: Ensure responsible alcohol service in full compliance with local and state regulations.
- Bar Stewardship: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the bar area at all times.
- Operational Oversight: Lead bar setup and breakdown, including meticulous opening and closing duties.
- Inventory & Teamwork: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with barbacks and floor staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Financial Accuracy: Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions with high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Required Experience: 3–5 years of professional bartending experience.
- Product Knowledge: Strong expertise in cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Precision: High attention to detail regarding both drink preparation and bar organization.
- Flexibility: Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
