Rack Line Operator
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable individuals to join our production team as Rack Line Operators. This position is responsible for hanging and removing parts from a moving production line while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Hang metal parts onto racks and production lines
- Remove finished parts from racks as needed
- Inspect parts for visible defects or damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing and production setting
- Repetitive, fast-paced work
- Standing for the duration of the shift
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
